Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes, Over Power is a solution for ladies looking to lose weight alongside a group of like-minded ladies in a non-judgmental environment. Even if you haven’t exercised in a while, or ever!

Where are you located?

We currently have Over Power communities across the UK, to see which one is closest to you!

Why are these fitness classes more efficient than the gym?

Many of our ladies tell us going to the gym can be difficult, when you aren’t sure how to exercises to get the body of your dreams, or maybe you aren’t sure how to exercise safely. This doesn’t even mention trying to keep motivated for more than an a couple of weeks.

At Over Power we are not just a fitness group, we are a family, and telling your family you aren’t coming to your usual Saturday morning session because you have lost motivation is a little harder than telling yourself in the mirror, glaring your gym card in the eye.

Do I need to eat clean to see results?

Rather than thinking I need to diet again for the 10th time this year, Over Power educates their members to a new lifestyle where they are in control. You can eat chocolate, drink prosecco and enjoy meals out with your friends, and still see great long term results.

What If I Have An Injury?

Exercising safely is a key value at Over Power, there are a handful of expert coaches at the sessions to ensure any injuries are catered to and every exercise you preform is done with the proper form and safely to avoid any future injury.

What Results Can I Expect?

Firstly, it’s important to remember that everyone is different, therefore the results you receive are unique. It is just as important to remember results come from consistency rather than short term starvation diets and 10 mile runs once a month.

At Over Power, we recommend attending 2-3 sessions a week and using the coaches and 6-week program to learn about food, exercise and your body. The results will follow.

Many of our ladies have lost 2-3 stone minimum after joining the family.
